(Un-)rape and involuntary manslaughter as examples of aberration of legal information in criminal law in Ukraine

The article examines the phenomenon of aberration (distortion content) regulatory and legal information in field criminal law on example certain basic elements offences (Part 1 Article 152 “Rape”, 119 “Manslaughter by negligence” Criminal Code Ukraine), as well wording, particular, use perfect imperfect verbs, focusing related activities instead a activity, etc. author proves that significantly distorts meaning prohibitions, which grossly violates principle certainty an integral part rule law.
